Fire Barrier Expertise On Show at Firex

TBA Firefly’s senior sales and technical staff will be on the manufacturer’s stand (No. FX13) during this year’s Firex exhibition at London’s Excel Centre to offer contractors, consultants and other visitors unrivalled expertise in the field of flexible fire barriers.

The well-proven and independently certified FireflyTM product range provides effective and economic solutions to preventing fire, smoke and heat spreading through buildings unchecked: facilitating safe evacuation and assisting the emergency services in tackling blazes.

Systems such as Apollo, Phoenix, Zeus and Titan LiteTM are widely used in the healthcare, education and social housing sectors as well as across industry. Applicable to new-build and retrofit situations, they are particularly effective in creating compartmentation within roof spaces and floor voids, but can also ‘wrap’ structural elements as was demonstrated in recent work at Bristol Temple Meads station.

Firefly’s Sales Director, Martyn Rolfe, commented: “Firex has been really successful for us in the past and we’re expecting a lot of interest in the latest product developments we have, from existing as well as new customers. We serve a specialist part of the passive fire protection market, offering some unique product solutions.”
