The CASAMIRADOR Savassi residential building is located in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and features boldly-designed architecture that stands out in the local landscape.

The way homeowners and tenants use their homes – especially their kitchens – is constantly evolving, and no more so than in the last two years. The function of a house has transformed since the pandemic, now becoming a blended place and changing the way architects will design spaces in the future.

With local councils and housebuilders under pressure to reach targets of 340,000 homes every year until 2031, there is a danger that sustainability will take a back seat. But just how can developers and local councils step up and begin to make a difference?

The Wood Pavilion #1 is a spatial experiment that is located near a river in the tourist area of Jiangxin Island in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. For the design, LIN Architecture overlooked the consideration of functional elements and began by looking for keywords that defined spatial aspects in the environment.

A partnership formed by CREECO, the parent company of Eeyou Eenou Realty Properties Inc. (EERP), and Cogir Real Estate is proud to unveil its spectacular Odea Montreal mixed-use project in Old Montreal. The site, owned by the James Bay Cree since 1995, has witnessed the revitalisation of the neighbourhood and will reflect the Cree’s desire to participate in community development.
