Clement Windows Group have manufactured and installed a series of steel windows, doors and screens at the fabulous Sedlescombe Vineyard in East Sussex.

Evolution™, Powdertech’s latest architectural powder coatings collection, is fascinating, daring and unusual. Clement Windows Group were selected to provide the new steel windows for this former police HQ (CID) building on Bridewell Island in Central Bristol. After many years of being out of use, it has now been renovated and is the new YMCA Bristol hostel.

Clement Windows Group was chosen as the preferred company to manufacture and install 510 new steel windows required at Programme, formerly The Pithay, in the heart of Bristol’s City Centre. Clement were thrilled to win the job, particularly as the current Chief Executive Peter Clement’s father had installed the original windows back in 1966!

Beyond the traditional light gauge steel framing markets, the development of volumetric modular and pod products is becoming increasingly important. After Martifer designed the stunning façade for Birmingham New Street and Grand Central Building, Network Rail stipulated that self-drilling screws were not suitable because the fixing must exceed the 40 year life expectancy of the stainless steel façade panels.

Hollo-Bolt, the original expansion bolt for structural steel was invented by Lindapter as a fast cost-effective connection for structural hollow section (SHS). The blind fixing connection requires installation access to only one side of the steel section for exceptional convenience.

Industry leading steel rainwater product manufacturer Lindab are launching a new product into the UK. Lindab Magestic is a guttering system made from steel galvanised with a newly developed strengthened magnesium zinc alloy coating.
