AET Flexible Space, leading provider of under floor air conditioning systems, is proud to have been part of the phased refurbishment of the historic building at 196 Deansgate in Manchester. Situated in the city centre on what is probably Manchester's best known streets with close proximity to Spinningfields, the architecturally stunning building has a Grade II listed façade and has attracted significant interest by potential tenants to its 48,000 sq. ft. over five floors of Grade A office space.

AET Flexible Space have recently supplied their under floor air conditioning system and bespoke teak finish raised access flooring to another height restricted London refurbishment at 28 Savile Row Mayfair, fully redeveloped by Allied London. The building was originally developed as part of the Burlington Estate in the 18th Century and has a prominent location at the north end of Savile Row, situated on the corner with Clifford Street.

A video showing the views of both the consultant and the installer to a new air conditioning system that does away with the need for leak detection has just been put online.

Mitsubishi Electric has launched a new slim line cassette with a 3D i-See Sensor which scans a room to detect exactly how many people are in it and switches off the air conditioning when a room is empty.

Karl Stauss, Sales Manager at AET Flexible Space is taking Architects and Consultants on his tailor made CPD Journey; the Flexible Space Road Map.
