ZGS checks in at Oslo Airport

The extension at Oslo Airport is one of the biggest recent projects in the lighting industry. Zumtobel Group Services (ZGS) connected 21,200 luminaires, installed a record-breaking 32 eBox devices and supported the customer every step of the way. Thanks to the outstanding results, ZGS has now been trusted with the job of modernising other parts of the airport.

Bespoke Armstrong ceiling stuns in Scotland

An Armstrong suspension grid for plasterboard ceilings, which is up to 40% quicker to install than traditional systems, has been used as the foundation for a completely bespoke, visually stunning day care centre ceiling that was created at a fraction of the cost of a specialist solution.

Hong Kong has welcomed the opening of its latest cruise terminal. The Foster + Partners-designed Ocean Terminal extension comprises a five-storey multi-purpose building boasting three lower floors dedicated to the Harbour City shopping complex and two upper floors for car parking.

A seven-storey landmark commercial scheme in the centre of Cardiff’s Commercial Enterprise Zone, Number Three Capital Quarter, will provide 77,931ft² of high-quality office space with a central atrium and terraces on the sixth and first floors providing features that will ensure a pleasant and functional workplace for occupiers.

The much-anticipated Louvre Abu Dhabi opened to the public on November 11th last year, with a spectacular week-long series of celebrations. Designed by French Architect Jean Nouvel, the spectacular design of Louvre Abu Dhabi’s dome forms a cluster of stars when illuminated, lighting up the night sky.
