The Grade II Listed Kidderpore Hall in Hampstead has recently had a major transformation, bringing the property which had fallen into disrepair, back to its former grandeur.

Working with Mount Anvil, Selectaglaze installed thermal and privacy secondary glazing to a new pool area on the ground floor.

Wanting to enhance the U-values of the single glazed primary windows, 6 Series 41 casement units were produced, with gas filled sealed units, achieving U-values of around 1.63 Watts per meter squared Kelvin.

Three windows framing the jacuzzi area were treated with curved on plan casement secondary glazing, to follow the lines of the beautiful original openings.

All units were glazed with obscure glass, to ensure privacy for users of the pool and spa area from overlooking neighbours.
