HMS has over 25 years’ trading history in providing resin bound, resin bonded and commercial surfacing. Located in the East Midlands but with national reach, we work with Local Authorities, Main Contractors and public sector bodies installing resin based surfacing treatments.

Projects are managed from the outset by our dedicated team, with projects completed by our fully qualified, in-house installation crew. This means that works can be completed without the need for third party or ‘approved contractors’.
