Joe Bell from the Formica Group discusses attitudes to disabled toilets and the influence of specification.

Hadrian toilet cubicles starred in the refurbishment of both the ladies and gents washrooms at the Putney Arts Theatre. The theatre is run by a charitable incorporated organisation and the new washrooms had to be good value for money as well as bringing the right dramatic style to the venue. Online research brought them to the Hadrian Cubicles UK website, attracted by the complete choice of a powder coated finish in over 200 RAL colours. The steel construction of the cubicles was also ideal for the typical theatre usage where long, relatively quiet parts of the day are followed by intense activity during performances with very high demand at the start, end and during the intervals.
